PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically peel dehydrated cake from filter cloth, to automate the work to peel the dehydrated cake and to exceedingly enhance the dehydration efficiency of a filter press dehydrating machine. ;SOLUTION: The front and rear surfaces of a filter disk are respectively provided with channel parts 3 for draining and the filter cloth P is put via punching meals Q and wire nets R on the disk surfaces. A slurry is fed between sheets of the filter cloth P of the adjacent dehydration filter disks 1 and the respective dehydration filter disks 1 are compressed by hydraulic cylinders. The water filtered from the slurry is sucked by a vacuum pump from the disk surfaces of the dehydration filter disks 1. After dehydration, a vacuum valve S connected to the vacuum pump is closed and compressed air is blasted between the disk surfaces of the dehydration filter disks 1 and the filter cloth P, by which the dehydrated cake K sticking to the filter cloth P is peeled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
