PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing method for underwear such as briefs or long underwear, and sportswear such as trunks, by which back pains can be prevented from occurring.;SOLUTION: In this method, as a material for a backing fabric of the rubber band section at the waist (hip) section of underwear such as pants or long underwear and sportswear such as trunks, a chemical fiber cotton, fabrics and chemical rubbers wherein the powder or the ceramic powder of ores, which are considered to radiate far infrared rays, super electromagnetic waves, and magnetism or the like, are mixed, and which are generally manufactured and sold for the effects to improve a blood circulation, are used, and sewn and fixed. Or the particle or the ceramic particle of the ores is arranged and sew- fixed, and pants, long underwear and trunks or the like are sewn.
