METHOD FOR REDUCING VISCOSITY OF PATHOLOGICAL MUCOID IN TRACHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To depolymerize actin filaments and inhibit polymerization of actin and reduce an amount of actin in a trackea of an individual having a tracheitis, and to reduce viscosity of pathological mucoid or solubilize the mucoid, hindering normal air flow in the trackea of the individual having the tracheitis especially an inflammatory, the tracheitis and to provide a method reducing viscosity of the pathological mucoid. SOLUTION: This method uses at least one compound bonding with actin or its fragment or a derivative having its function except DN ase I in preparation of medicine for the following purposes: (a) solubilizing content, mucosa or purulent mucosa of pathological respiratory tract of a patient's air way; (b) reducing viscosity of content, mucosa or purulent mucosa of pathological respiratory tract of a patient's air way; (c) treating blockade of a patient's air way, the blockade is induced from the content, mucosa or purulent mucosa of pathological respiratory tract.
