PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the burning efficiency of an annular gas burner and to eliminate the harm of the environment with exhaust gas by disposing an air flow space on the outer periphery of the burner body of the burner having a plurality of flame ports annularly disposed, and disposing a metal lengthy cylinder having specific length of the body. ;SOLUTION: A metal lengthy cylinder 6 extended 1 to 2cm of a burner body 3 from above to below is disposed in space from an annular gas burner 2 on the outer periphery of the burner 2. As a result, carbon dioxide generated by the burning of the burner 2 and extended to the periphery along an iron plate 14 from above the burner is blocked by the cylinder 6 and not hence introduced to the vicinity of the burner 2 from the side of the burner 2. Accordingly, the carbon dioxide unnecessary for the secondary air necessary for complete combustion is not mixed with the flame. Further, the cylinder 6 becomes the partition wall for generating convection therein to generate a stack effect to completely burn it by supplying the air from below.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
