PURPOSE: To obtain an analysis method for phosphorus in iron oxide capable of accurately quantifying phosphorus at the level of 1ppm in oxidized iron and a production method for oxidized magnetic material aiming at improving various characteristics affected by the phosphorus content. ;CONSTITUTION: In this analysis method, phosphorus in iron oxide is reacted with molybdenum acid to obtain (S1) phosphomolybdenum acid and it is extracted (S2) almost 100% with acetic acid isobuthyl. From the liquid extracted with isobuthyl acetate, phosphorus is reversely extracted (S3) with pure water after washing with perchloric acid, tri-complex of phosphorus-molybdenum- marakite green is produced, the sensitivity of absorption intensity is improved (S4) by coloring corresponding to phosphorus amount and light absorption is measured (S5). IN producing method of magnetic oxide material, a specific amount of phosphorus obtained through the phsphorus analysis method is added to a weak magnetic ferrite.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
