PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile information service where a center unit in this service immediately and automatically makes a phone call to a facsimile equipment of an information server through a channel so as to fax an information utilizing report or an information registration report to the facsimile equipment of the information server. SOLUTION: In this invention, the facsimile information service where the center unit immediately and automatically makes a phone call the facsimile equipment of the information server through a channel so as to fax the information utilizing report or the information registration report to the facsimile equipment of the information server after an information user makes an information request to a FAX BOX assigned to the information server and extracts utilizing information from the FAX BOX and the information server issues its own registration request and registers registration information.
