PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall reforming structure and a roof reforming structure for improving the appearance of a building by repairing and proving the building with an external heat insulated structure, and a method of construction for the same. ;SOLUTION: In this external wall reforming structure obtained by mounting plural panels on an external wall surface of a building by means of fittings in a connected state, the panels are respectively composed of a heat insulating board mounted while kept into contact with the external wall, and a facing board mounted on a surface side of the heat insulating board in a coating state, the heat insulating boards are respectively provided with through-holes capable of inserting fixing tools to be mounted on the external wall, anchor members to be fixed to the external wall by the fixing tools are fixed to a rear face of the through-hole parts at an external wall contact face side, inlets of the through-holes are packed with a filler having the low heat conductivity and the strength enough to endure the load in mounting the facing board, and attachments for mounting the facing boards are fixed to the filler.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
