HEALTH ADVICE METHOD AND HEALTH ADVICE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health advice method by which a person receiving an advice on health can prepare information required for receiving the advice at any time and a person giving the advice can give sufficient advice to multiple persons. SOLUTION: An advice provider receives an application of effect that an advice on health is to be received from a user and mails the sheet of a life medical examination questionnaire, a kit for preserving blood and a blood collecting needle to the user. When the sheet of the life medical examination questionnaire, in which the answer of the user is filled, the kit in which the blood of the user is dropped and the blood collecting needle are returned, the advice provider inspects the blood in the kit and inputs the inspection result and the answer to the questionnaire to an illness analysis expert system. The illness analysis expert system generates an advice to the user based on inputted data and knowledge accumulated in a data base. The advice provider reports the generated advice to the user.
