PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete decorative forms, by which damage such as breaking, peeling or the like is difficult to form because the forms particularly have excellent flexibility, the moisture balance of a concrete surface in the case of curing and hardening is kept equal and a concrete surface, in which a color change due to the ununiformity of the cured state of concrete, ununiform weathering or the like is not generated and which has superior appearance, can be formed, and the irregular-pattern forming method of the concrete surface using the forms. ;SOLUTION: In the concrete decorative forms 1, the surface of irregular patterns 11, 12 brought into contact with a concrete surface is formed in a surface having water absorption properties of the coefficient of water absorption of 0.5-20 g/100 cm2 by in-mold foam molding and forming the prefoamed particles of a thermoplastic polyester resin.
