PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having sufficient snow melting performance even in the use of a heat-exchange pile having an underground depth of 3-4 m which is easy to construct. ;SOLUTION: This snow melting antifreezer comprises a heat-exchange pile 1 to be buried in the ground, which has a heat-exchange pipe 5 buried in the concrete layer 1A of a concrete hollow pile, a radiation plate 2 to be laid on the ground surface, in which a heat-exchange pipe 6 is buried, a circulating pump 3 for circulating a heat medium M such as antifreeze solution within the heat-exchange pipe, and an auxiliary heat source 4 for heating the heat medium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
