PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make snowfall even at a higher wet-bulb temperature (e.g. about 0°C or below) than usual so as to solve the problem that conventional snowfall making equipment, even the equipment of excellent performance, can make snowfall only when the wet-bulb temperature is about -5°C or below. ;SOLUTION: Cold dry air of a temperature 0°C or below and a dew point 0°C or below is discharged into the atmosphere (from air nozzles 6) and thereby a space that can make artificial snowfall is formed. When snowfall is made in this space (by a snowgun 17), the snowfall (*) can be brought about even if the wet-bulb temperature is high.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
