PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the rotatable condition of a driven body while transmitting driving force of a driving body to the driven body by linking a sliding body so that an inner and outer sliding cylindrical bodies get rotatable around its axial direction through a rolling bearing and force is transmitted in the axial direction. ;SOLUTION: An inner cylindrical body 2 is internally mounted inside an outer cylindrical body 1 through a rolling bearing 3a, and a sliding body 4 is slidably and internally mounted between both of them 1, 2. This outer cylindrical body 1 is provided with a driving mechanism 8 on its outside, and the external end of a driving lever 7 is linked to the driving mechanism 8 by inserting the driving lever 7 integrated with the outside sliding cylindrical body 4a of the sliding body 4 into a linear sliding hole 5 formed in the axial line direction of the outer cylindrical body 1. A driven lever 13 is locked to the inside sliding cylindrical body 4b of the sliding body 4, and is linked to a transmitting body 9 internally mounted in the inner cylindrical body 2 by inserting the tip of the lever 13 into the inner cylindrical body 2 from the sliding hole 6 of the inner cylindrical body 2.
