PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow task participants to communicate with one another. ;SOLUTION: When projection management information is inputted by using a projection management device 101, a communication field generation part 101 generates a conference room 300 of an electronic bulletin board system, and a common folder 400 on a document server. At the same time, a linked schedule table generation part 102 generates a schedule table having embedded links to the conference room 300 and common folder 400. A participant information associative access control part 103 controls access to those conference room 300 and common folder 400.
