PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine control device for one axial type combined cycle power generating plant and a gas turbine output calculating method capable of calculating an output of a gas turbine with a good accuracy at the time of back wash and normal wash switching operation.;SOLUTION: A valve opening correction coefficient is calculated on the basis of a condenser backwash valve opening signal 41, and a sea water temperature correcting coefficient is calculated on the basis of a condenser backwash valve inlet sea water temperature signal 47. The valve opening correcting coefficient and the sea water temperature correcting coefficient are multiplied by a vacuum reduction rate calculated on the basis of a power generator output signal 31 just before a back wash and normal wash switching operation, and are corrected. The vacuum reduction rate corrected by the valve opening correcting coefficient and the sea water temperature correcting coefficient is subtracted, the vacuum degree of the condenser at the time of the back wash and normal wash switching operation is calculated, and a vacuum correcting coefficient is calculated on the basis of the vacuum degree of the condenser. The vacuum correcting coefficient is multiplied by a reference steam turbine output calculated on the basis of an intercept valve rear steam pressure signal 34, a steam turbine output signal 54 is calculated, the steam turbine output signal 54 is subtracted from the power generator output signal 31, and a gas turbine output signal 55 is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
