PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test specification preparing system in which the test specification of the program is automatically prepared by inputting a program. SOLUTION: A program analyzing part 11 analyzes a program A and divides it into the symbol units of an algorithm chart. Also, a chart preparing part 12 receives the analytic result of the program analyzing part 11, and prepares an algorithm chart B corresponding to the program A. Moreover, a test item extracting part 13 receives the analytic result of the program analyzing part 11 and extracts the inspection item of the program A for each symbol of the algorithm chart. Then, a test specification preparing part 14 prepares a unit test specification C in which the inspection items extracted by the test item extracting part 13 are listed.
