PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily prepare for heating and cooking and to stabilize the shape of a packaging bag in the case of microwave oven heating by providing a cut-opening part for exposing a part for releasing pressure of an internal packaging bag to the outside in the external packaging condition at least on the top face of a box main body for external packaging. ;SOLUTION: In a flat box for external packaging for an external packaging of a flat packaging bag for microwave oven heating with a back sticking part (b) for releasing pressure on the top face (a), a cut-separating opening part 2 approximately coinciding with a bag sticking part (b) of the packaging bag in the external packaging condition is formed at least on the top face of a box main body 1. When heating and cooking is performed by the microwave oven, the cutting and separating opening part 2 is cut off from the box main body 1, and it is opened upward with a crease 4 as a support to form an opening 6 on the top face of the box main body 1. The back sticking part (b) which is pushed by the box main body 1 face and restrained under a laid down condition is erected, and is exposed to the outside through the opening part 6. When heated, expansion of the part B2 is suppressed by the box main body 1, and the shape of the bag is stabilized as a whole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
