PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for drawing up a commercializing plan while obtaining respective professional information form each expert of technique, business and finance on the basis of intellectual property information.;SOLUTION: A server 120 connected to the Internet 16 is provided with a patent information database 20, a commercializing progress database 22 and a member database 24. Information registered in the respective databases is read by a technique expert, a business expert and a finance expert accessing from user terminals 18 through the Internet 16, and the professional information transmitted from the respective experts is registered in the database 22.
