PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning-disabled memory-disturbance model animal having functional deficiency in the presynaptic protein complexin II and having disorder in the neurotransmission function. ;SOLUTION: The objective learning-disabled memory-disturbance model animal is a non-human mammal and its descendent animal obtained by the ontogenesis of totipotent cell having a complexin II mutant gene containing transduced functional deficiency mutation.
