PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page part integrating and processing method which enables an end user side to reconstruct a Web page, etc. ;SOLUTION: This method extracts tag information specifying an independent- possible part which is included in the data of a desired Web page 201, segmented from the Web page and written so as to be able to be processed independently of the other parts of the Web page about the Web page acquired from a desired Web server.
