PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily use a portable information equipment even in a cabin by providing the portable information equipment with an external equipment connecting means and an external equipment connection control means, and providing an on-vehicle stationary information equipment with an external equipment connecting means and an external equipment connection control means. SOLUTION: When an MD is inserted into a storage slot and a playback button is depressed on a mobile side, a button detection part 604 detects and transmits that to a CPU 606 through an internal bus 610. The CPU 606 sends an instruction to a storage control part 605 according to a program stored in a ROM 608, and the storage control part 605 reads data out of the MD and sends them to the internal bus 610. An external bus control part 603 sends the MD data to an on-vehicle multimedia computer side external bus 62 through an external bus 611, and an on-vehicle side external bus control part 620 informs the CPU 623 about that the data have been sent. The CPU 623 sends the received data to a D-A conversion part 629, and the data are converted into analog data, so that a sound is outputted from a speaker through an amplifier circuit.
