PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a prescribed listener audit music as one of promotion activities of a producer and to provide an index related to music on the basis of the degree of that audition.;SOLUTION: A music distribution server 10 is provided with a register part 16 for registering listener data including at least the taste of music for each listener, a data base 12 for storing the listener data or the like and storing a distribution demand including music data showing music and target specification data specifying the listener to be a target, a listener extracting part 20 for extracting the listener matched to the taste of music shown in the target specification data while referring to the taste of music of the listener shown in the listener data in the listener data storage means and a listening information extracting part 22 for acquiring information containing the audition condition of the listener to the music transmitted to the listener, generating the index showing the audition condition on the basis of the audition of music due to the listener, who audits the music, and transmitting it to the source of the distribution request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
