PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and economically fix a circular supporting body against the structural part to cope with the lateral motion under the compensation of the assembling tolerance, by surrounding the support body with a circular cushion and pushing out a cushion by an elastic material and fixing it against the structural part. ;SOLUTION: A diagonal tension cable 1 is longitudinally guided transferably in a pipe in a tower 2. The pipe 7 is stretched in the tower 2 from the entrance of the diagonal tension cable 1 to the fixing device zone at the opposite side. Since the diagonal tension cable 1 is movable in the pipe 7, the manufacturing telerance is compensated on the one hand, and it follows to a motion brought when a temperature variation arises as the case may be, when it is fastened, on the other hand. A cushion 10 made of an elastic material is provided in a circular space between the circular support body 9 surrounding the diagonal tension cable 1 and the inner wall of the pipe 7 and further, a curing material 13 like cement mortar is tampped into the cushin 10 to fix the cushion against the tower 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
