PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional reception job execution system that loses general versatility because a reception job execution application software program is restricted/limited by many setting items not needed for a user side resulting in causing difficultly in location of a fault in the case that the initial setting items (reception job setting by each recipient ID, a dial-in number information table by each reception job, a caller number information table being customer information and system environment setting) is mixed or fused with the software program. ;SOLUTION: A reception job setting module 1 is designed as a separate module from a reception job execution application software program 2 for a private branch of electronic exchange 7 and an input output terminal 6 so as to limit number of initial setting items being core items to a necessity minimum.
