PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for a cold rolled steel sheet having excellent surface treatability and excellent deep drawability equal to that of the conventional IF steel.;SOLUTION: Low carbon steel consisting of, by weight, 0.01 to 0.1% C, ≤0.25% Si, 0.1 to 2.5% Mn, ≤0.10% P, ≤0.05% S, ≤0.1% Sol.Al, ≤0.01% N, and the balance substantial Fe is hot-rolled while controlling finish rolling temperature to the Ar3 point of more, and coiling temperature to ≤700°C, then is decarburization annealed to ≤0.001% C, is cold-rolled and recrystallization- annealed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
