EXAMINATION SYSTEM FOR CONSULTATION REWARD INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, with which an examination on a consultation is improved in order to prevent the possibility to omit the examination of consultation reward information under the medical insurance system. SOLUTION: A computer 20 of medical institution prepares a medical bill corresponding to a medical service executed to a patient and sends it to a computer 40 of payment fund in the form of an electronic bill card 25. On the other hand, an electronic bill is prepared for the parson insured, recorded in an electronic bill card 23 and delivered to the person insured. The computer 40 of payment fund examines the presence/absence of error in the contents of the electronic bill. A computer 30 of electronic examination organization checks whether the contents of the electronic bill on the electronic bill card agree with the contents of the relevant bill or not.
