PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more exactly perform the check and management of the budget of labor costs and to enable a lot of persons to easily perform the check and management of the budget of labor costs. ;SOLUTION: This system has an employee data file 11 for storing data such as names, classes or belonging of employees. A belonging data file 12 for storing the data of a minimum accumulation unit and procedure for performing processing separately for each class when checking the budget of labor costs, procedure for accumulating the number of persons read from the employee data file 11 for each class, displaying a picture for each month/class and inputting the number of persons to check the budget just by the side of a person number displayed on the picture or procedure for automatically calculating and displaying labor cost within regular work time and overtime labor costs based on the inputted number of persons for each class and overtime.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
