SOLUTION: A pair of left and right parallel links 1, 2 are supported on a left and right base frames 3, 4 respectively to lift and lower a storage part C, and mutually opposed a link 1a and a link 2a of the link 1 and 2 respectively are connected to each other by a connection axis 17, and the axis 17 can be attached to the links 1a, 2a and detached therefore.
