PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical condition selecting method capable of shortening the total time required for the analysis of a compound by shortening the time required for the selection of an optimum combination of a column and carrier solution for the analysis of an object to be analyzed when the compound is analyzed by high speed liquid chromatography.;SOLUTION: A sample liquid containing an object to be analyzed is injected by a sample injecting part 2 into a carrier solution fed from a liquid feeding part 1 to obtain an analysis solution. Then, the obtained analysis solution is sequentially supplied to a plurality of types of columns A-F set as a solid phase inside a separating part 3 to obtain a separated solution. The separated solution is analyzed at a detecting part 4, and analytical conditions suitable for the object to be analyzed are selected on the basis of the results of analysis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
