PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation information system, which enables optional selection and combination of insurance services for service contents that service providers provide and make transactions for them directly between a user and the providers.;SOLUTION: The user specifies service providers for respective services provided at a web site. The user can select arbitrary services for the specified service providers or service contents. The service contents of the services that the user specifies are sent via e-mail to a system and are managed. The service providers obtain customer information regarding the requests for service provision from the system. The service providers provides services according to the obtained customer information and request charges from the system at the start of the services, and the system puts the requested charges together and charges the user for the composite service as a whole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
