PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a highly accurate unlapping processing to obtain a phase distribution corresponding to the deformation of an object by eliminating effect of speckle noises by finding the inversion position related to lapping from the minimal point of a strength difference Isub and the minimal point of a strength sum Iadd, in a phase analysis curve of a dynamic body to be observed subjected to lapping in a phase unlapping method in the image analysis of speckle interference for finding phase information of the body to be observed by an addition/ subtraction method.;SOLUTION: With respect to a phase curve ϕ' lapped, crimp point positions A, C and E are found out from the minimal value of a strength subtraction Isub curve (thin solid line), and crimp point positions B and D from the minimal value of a strength addition Iadd curve (broken line) separately. Therefore, a phase unlapping processing is carried out to obtain an intrinsic phase curve defining a phase value ϕ' as respective phase values ϕ in the first region of positions A-B, a phase value 2π-ϕ' in the second region of positions B-C, a phase value 2π+ϕ' in the third region of position s C-D, and a phase value 4π+ϕ' in the fourth region of positions D-E.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
