PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed octopus tentacle food keeping the fresh raw state at the inner meat part without losing the sweetness and softness of the octopus meat, giving flavoring surface layer and having prolonged best-before date and good preservability. ;SOLUTION: Skinned octopus tentacle is heated from outside with flame to color the surface layer in liver brown color and subject the inner meat part to the heat-treatment at 60-70°C for 1-10 min.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
