PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine which relates to the activation of T-cells and obese cells relating to immunization and allergic reactions, inhibits the tyrosine phosphatase of CD45 antigen, and has a new action mechanism. ;SOLUTION: This tyrosine dephosphorylation enzyme inhibitor contains a compound of the formula (R1 is phenyl; phenyl substituted by one to three groups selected from halogen atoms, a 1 to 5C alkyl group and a 1 to 5C alkoxy group; naphthyl; a 1 to 10C alkyl; a 3 to 8C cycloalkyl; a phenyl 1 to 5C alkyl; or a phenyl 1 to 5C alkyl in which the benzene ring is substituted by one to three groups selected from halogen atoms, trifluoromethyl group, a 1 to 5C alkyl group and a 1 to 5C alkoxy group; R2 is phenyl; phenyl substituted by one to three groups selected from halogen atoms, a 1 to 5C alkyl group, a 1 to 5C alkoxy group and phenyl group; or naphthyl; R3 is H or benzyl).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
