PURPOSE: To keep a discharge flow rate constant even when the viscosity of drug solution is changed owing to change in the temperature or density of the drug solution. ;CONSTITUTION: A drug solution circulation pump 3 having high pressure N₂ gas as a power source is constituted in such a way that the number of strokes of the pump within unit time is measured and the discharge quantity of the drug solution can be controlled by controlling the pressure of N₂ gas 20 based on the number of strokes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
