PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure completion of defrosting in a short time in a cold storage type cold insulation cabinet. ;SOLUTION: A cold insulation cabinet comprises a heater 31 arranged so as to directly contact with the surface of a case 11 of a cold storage agent, and a heater control means for controlling current application on the heater 31 when electric power is supplied from a commercial power source. With such an arrangement, an efficient defrosting of the case 11, which is most easily defrosted in a cold storage chamber 12 and gives a great affect on a cold insulating property, can be efficiently conducted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
