PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the sleeve-clamping work for forming a loop of a wire rope with a hand-held automatic machine. ;SOLUTION: A start switch lever 46 is attached to a part of a holding handle 44 integrated with a cover 43 of the machine body, a mobile clamping member 30 is detachably attached to the tip end of a cylinder piston 4 placed closely to the front opening of a head frame 29 positioned at a front side part of a hydraulic cylinder, and upper and lower arms 33, 33 united at the base end and branched in horizontal direction are attached to the head frame in a manner to form a space in vertical direction. Each of the upper and lower arms is provided with a through-hole and a sleeve attached to the end of the wire rope loop placed between a pair of circular clamping parts 32, 38 of the fixed clamping member, and the mobile clamping member is clamped and fixed with shafts 36, 36 to the through-hole by connecting the mobile clamping member to the through-holes opened at the ends of the upper and lower arms of the fixed clamping member 37 placed oppositely to the mobile member and forwarding the mobile clamping member by moving the cylinder piston forward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
