PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic ticket utilization system, etc., for utilizing information corresponding to described items of a ticket, etc., without issuing the ticket, etc., on which the described items are printed. ;SOLUTION: When a portable terminal 2 sends the items, etc., of a ticket and a personal identification number to a ticket issuing server 1, the server 1 performs a digital signature on a digital ticket including data representing the described items of the ticket and the personal identification number, further converts it into a two-dimensional bar code and sends the bar code to the portable terminal 2. The terminal 2 stores the two-dimensional bar code and displays the two-dimensional bar code stored in the terminal 2 itself according to a user operation. An entrance managing device 4 reads the two-dimensional bar code displayed by the terminal 2 and acquires and authenticates the digital ticket with the digital signature. The device 2 also collates the personal identification number inputted by the owner etc., of the terminal 2 with the personal identification number in the digital ticket with the digital signature.
