PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify air by sticking a large quantity of finely grained tourmaline to a material to be treated to generate a large quantity of negative ions or the like.;SOLUTION: The tourmaline pulverized into about ≤10 μm to form a fine grain is stuck to the surface of the material to be treated such as an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a cleaner, a fan or a blade of a hair dryer, a television set or the like. The finely grained tourmaline is stuck to the sticking surface in layer by previously adding an adhesive in a solvent such as thinner or alcohol, incorporating the finely grained tourmaline in the solvent, stirring to mix and filling in a spray can or the like to unnecessitate previously applying the adhesive to the sticking surface of the material to be treated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
