PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in the case of using toilet paper by easily catching a portion, which is left on the side of a roll after the toilet paper is drawn from the roll and cut, with a hand and taking it out of the roll. ;SOLUTION: A toilet paper holder 10 is constituted so as to have a roll supporting part 24 for supporting toilet paper roll 26 so as to rotate it in the direction of feeding a paper terminal T out of the lower part of the roll, a paper cutting blade 22 for cutting fed-out toilet paper 26A and a droop supporting part 32 for supporting the portion, which is left on the side of the roll 26 after cutting, while drooping it down. Then, the paper cutting blade 22 is positioned higher than the droop supporting part 32 and between these components, a take-out opening 34 for the paper terminal T is formed while being opened forward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
