PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insurance design technique without requiring the adjustment of superimposed mortgage contents and the check of propriety concerning a combining method when a plurality of insurance merchandises are combined.;SOLUTION: Accident example information having occurrence probability in a customer is selected based on information concerning the customer from pieces of accident example information stored in a storage means in a state where francrtionized mortgage divisions are comprised, the divisions are extracted from the selected accident example information, the extracted divisions are combined and, then, compensation contents are set. Stipulation words corresponding to the extracted divisions are extracted from the agreement words which are stored in the storage means in a correspondence state to the divisions and an insurance agreement is generated based on the extracted words.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
