PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue production of a stable molding of high quality without strain or breakage of a mold even in injection molding for a long time, by specifying the relationship between a diameter of a maximum bore of a nozzle hole and a distance from a center of the nozzle hole to an outer wall surface of a nearest gate insert. ;SOLUTION: The relationship between a maximum diameter (d) of a nozzle hole of a gate insert 11 and a shortest distance(s) from a center of the nozzle to an end face of the insert 11 is set to 2 s/d1.7. When a molten liquid of a pellet is injected, an ejector 59 is advanced at a blanking stroke S1, a blanking die 57 cuts a window 111A of a disc component 111, and similarly blanks the window of a large hole of a center. After the blanking, a movable platen 71 is retracted, a molding is separated from a cavity 13, and a mold is opened while the mold remains attached to a core 51. Then, the ejector 59 is projected and advanced at a stroke S2, and a molding is individually recovered fro the window 111 separated from the core 51.
