A method for producing an injection-molded and in-mold decorated article (10)involving injecting a molding resin (4) into a molding space (3) formed by adecorating film (5) and a mold (1), wherein the above forming space comprisesa product molding space (31) and, formed around said product molding space, amolding space for discharging a resin (33), and wherein the packing of themolding resin into said product molding space is carried out by injecting theabove molding resin into the above product molding space while discharging apart of the molding resin having been injected to the above molding space fordischarging a resin from said product molding space.
