PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth caulking device capable of increasing a filling pressure even when cement milk or the like is used as anchoring and filling material.;SOLUTION: A mouth caulking device used in filling type long-sized steel pipe tip receiving method comprises a steel pipe 1 at the mouth side of a long- sized pipe inserted to a long borehole drilled in natural ground, a through-hole 1a made in the peripheral wall at the mouth portion of the steel pipe 1, and a packer device 2. The packer device 2 comprises a cylindrical body 3, a pair of closing bodies 4 fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical body 3 at predetermined intervals, a chemical supply space 6 formed at the inner periphery of the mouth portion of the steel pipe 1 and the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 3 between both the closing bodies 4, 4, and a chemical supply pipe 5 which supplies an urethane-based foaming chemical to the chemical supply space 6, fills the chemical supply space 6 and then blows off the chemical from the through-hole 1a in the peripheral wall at the mouth portion of the steel pipe 1 to the external.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
