PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the same function of underwater observation components holding machine in a reactor power station as usual without using permanent components on operation floor or refueling machine, and to easily make up environment proper for visual observation. SOLUTION: A float 201 is attached to a pole 202 holding underwater an underwater observation apparatus 100a. The pole 202 is connected to a support arm 203 through vibration absorbing mechanism 207. The support arm 203 is attached to a fixed stage 204 and the fixed stage is detachably attached to the pool curb 3 as the pool edge to be combined in one with the pool.
