PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handwriting graphic processor improved in practicality by inputting a handwriting graphic while variously relating it with existent registered graphics. ;SOLUTION: The handwriting graphic inputted by a handwriting graphic input part 301 is recognized by a graphic recognizing processing part 302. A graphic extracting processing part 315 selectively extracts an inputted and recognized graphic, which is positioned most close to the input graphic, out of plural recognized graphics. Then, a command distributing processing part 308 changes the position or size of the inputted handwriting graphic while relating it to the selected recognized graphic corresponding to the shape, position and size of the selected recognized graphic and both the graphics are displayed as a change result. Therefore, a new handwriting graphic can be inputted while being related with the recognized handwriting input graphic in the various viewpoints of shape, position and size.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
