PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simplified analysis method capable of reducing the required time for analysis, by improving a manual method, one of analysis methods of dioxins (17 toxic compounds). SOLUTION: In this simplified and speedy analysis method for dioxins, air-dry of a sample in a manual method is improved to a vacuum freeze-dry and an extracting method of the dioxins is improved from a Soxhlet method to a high speed solvent method, both of an analyzing operation of filtrate and washing liquid after filtration and a concentration operation method of solution with column chromatography are eliminated, and 12 compounds with especially high toxicity equivalent coefficient are analyzed to derive total toxicity equivalent of 17 compounds.
