PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilotis wall by easily fixing an external angle panel without using any wall framework or without imparing the appearance.;SOLUTION: An engagement part of an engagement piece fixed in the vicinity of a lower end of the reverse side of each side part of three external angel panels 1RR, 1FL and 1FR except the external angel panel 1RL erected on the inner side is respectively engaged with an engagement piece of a first lower fitting piece fixed to a foundation K corresponding to the erection position of the external angle panels. A locking part of a locking piece fixed in the vicinity of a lower end of the reverse side of each side part of the external angle panel 1RL erected on the inner side is locked to a locking piece of a second lower fitting piece fixed to the foundation K corresponding to the erection position of the external angel panel. A fitting plate of an upper fixing piece 5 fixed in the vicinity of an upper end the reverse side of each side part across each other below a steel beam H on the second floor out of the external angle panels is fixed to the steel beam H.
