Commodity information 116 and insurance policy information 112 are compared and a contracted content overlapped with the article whose contract is newly applied is outputted on the contracted content. At the time of requesting insurance money, insurance policy information 112 being information related to the contracted insurance contract of the contractor and insurance request cause information 113 are inputted, payment object information 117 corresponding to insurance money request cause information 113 is referred to and payment object information 117 is compared with insurance policy information 112.
