CONNECTION METHOD BY CAULKING AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR CAULKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more firmly connect a caulking section without clearance by the caulking work of a caulking end and the closing force of its slit by making the clearance of the slit smaller than the wall thickness of the caulking end, broadening the slit at first to penetrate the caulking end and closing the slit by the caulking force of the caulking section. ;SOLUTION: A slit 20 having clearance σ smaller than the wall thickness t of the caulking end 18 of a blade 12 is formed in each of back plates 14 and 16. The slit 20 is opened by cutting and raising up one side of the slit 20 in the penetration direction of a caulking end 18, and the caulking end 18 penetrated into the broadened section 20a is bent to the raising up side.
