PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution and to reduce the cost of data gloves to be worn on human hands or hand structures imitating hands to grasp the state of hand parts and finger parts. ;SOLUTION: The data gloves are worn on human hands or hand structures imitating hands to acquire data on the surface shapes or movements of hand parts and finger parts. For the acquisition, a resistance pattern 1c for detecting the bent state of the hand parts and finger parts as a change in a resistance value is formed in the base material G of each of the data gloves to detect a resistance value change (ΔR) accompanying a change (ΔL) in the length of the resistance pattern 1c at the time when the joints of the hand parts and finger parts are bent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
