PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly provide all or one part of the multimedia information of user request base corresponding to the needs of users by respectively sorting and designating multimedia information into multiple items. SOLUTION: In the user inclination degree information data structure for multiple items provided with each of user inclination degree information of a single item related to multimedia information and the user inclination degree information of multiple items, with which each of single items is combined, corresponding to multiple items, in order to provide multimedia information desired by an information user to be provided from an information provider to the information user, the user inclination degree information is set to the multimedia information, the multimedia information is retrieved on the basis of the user inclination degree information, and the multimedia information generated on the basis of the retrieved result is provided to the information user.
